Founded on a single conviction. The world of wine deserves objects as carefully made as the wine itself — and knowledge as carefully taught as the wine demands.

Founded by Aurelle Liang, Aurelier brings together the disciplines of wine under one roof: a Journal that looks closely at wines, producers and rituals; premium accessories; and rigorous wine education — each treated with the same seriousness, the same restraint, and the same refusal to settle for ordinary.

We are not a retailer. We are a small house, building something patient and considered, for people who want their wine life to feel as intentional as the rest of their lives.

Aurelle founded Aurelier to give the wine world something it rarely offers: objects and education made with the same care as the wine itself.

Her love of wine began not in a cellar but at a table — in the ritual of opening a bottle, the pause before the first pour, the conversation a good glass makes room for. Curiosity became discipline: years spent tasting, studying, and learning to read a wine the way others read a room.

Aurelier is the natural next chapter. Not a shop, but a house: a place for the accessories that honour the ritual and the education that deepens it.

Wine should feel as intentional as the rest of a well-lived life. Aurelier is how I'm building that.
